Shawwood is a delightful stay away from home. Hosts Melissa and Charles have thought about all the small details..the kitchen is filled with all the utensils you need to cook up a feast, the bedrooms has lovely linens and plush bedding, through to a cute little outdoor area with a bbq. It's a very quiet location, we had clear skies for stargazing. Very easy to book and great host communication. All topped off with a bottle of wine and delicious rocky road. We will definitely be back.

This is my 5th stay at Shawwood. It is certainly the best accommodation in Mudgee. Everything is great. The location, the rooms are modern and well equipped and also huge in size compared to other accommodation. On top of this the rates are very good. I will be back again.

Beautifully presented, quiet little villa. Perfect for a long weekend. Has everything you need. Short drive away from wineries and centre of town. Dog friendly, with lots of land to go a walk and enjoy the friendly horses. Highly recommend and would return.
