Shawwood Winery

Perfect location, great accommodation. Positive: Location was excellent, just 5 mins from town, and at a whisper quiet location, and only a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to some great wineries. We stayed in the 2 bedroom ‘The Winery’ and it had all the inclusions that you could want, great kitchen, lovely bathrooms, super comfy beds, and was really spacious. The fire pit on top of the hill was a great bonus, and a terrific spot to spend a late afternoon in the winters sun, sipping on a glass of red. Negative: Everything was great

Positive: The accommodation was such a lovely experience to stay at. The place has everything you need and more and all very well thought out. The app for the stay was so useful, providing all information needed for our stay as well as great recommendations around Mudgee.

Beautifully equipped central base to everything Mudgee has to offer. Positive: Well appointed, clean, great value. Facilities were excellent, instructions and tips from Melissa were on point. Negative: Nothing. Only thing we didn’t see was a corkscrew- I’m thinking it may have been souvenired.

Feel at home amongst the vines at this gorgeous holiday home. Positive: Beautiful finishings, felt very comfortable. Peaceful and relaxed. Negative: Nothing.
