Our stay was very enjoyable we could not have asked for a better place it was wonderful..

Beautifully appointed and fitted out clean and modern apartment. High quality fittings, facilities and equipment throughout, and well located for the surrounding vineyards and other attractions. Very, very highly recommended, we shall certainly return.

We had a lovely four day/three nights day in The Winery. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. This place had everything that you could need, including oil, vinegar, juicer and garlic crusher. Beautiful decorated too. The breakfast hamper we purchased was perfect too. Hope to be back soon. My friend and I had 5 wonderful nights at Shawwood. Booking was easy, and communication was just brilliant! The Shawwood app we were able to access was invaluable with checking in/departure info, and just general information about the area. The hosts favourite places were just that, their favourites, and we had a lovely time visiting many of them, and enjoying our first afternoon at Vinifera (best grazing board, lovely wine & within walking distance), as well as a delicious tasting at Baker-Williams Distillery. Our accommodation was perfect, beautifully presented, comfortable and cosy. Plenty of spare blankets if needed, warm floors and aircon. The kitchen was fitted out with everything you needed for easy meal prep and instructions for all appliances were supplied. Everything was immaculate, and you’re only a few minutes drive from town. We were easily able to arrange transport with Mudgee Rides, and James was terrific at Mudgee valley wine tours. Can’t wait for my next visit, thank you both so much. We will be recommending you to any of our friends wanting a magical Mudgee trip.
