Cellar Door stay perfection
What a wonderful relaxing stay we had at Shawwood - Cellar Door. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect weekend escape in Mudgee. Close to town, restaurants, cafes and wineries too. Shawwood is located in a quiet picturesque location. We had the privilege of meeting the friendly resident dogs who casually came to greet us.
The accommodation was spotless, fully functional and extra comfy. Plus the little extras made it even better!

Positive: The place is so pleasant and well decored. Kind of isolated but close enough to everything. Spacious and well equipped. Complimentary wine and rocky road made our day :)
Negative: Fireplace will be a bonus and the mattresd is a bit to soft.

Exceeded expectations
Great location, great room and great amenities. Stayed in the Cellar Door room and loved the spaciousness, decor and all-round relaxing vibe and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Visit
The Cellar door exceeded my expectations. Large and immaculately clean villa. Close to wineries and town. Shame we only had 1 night, but we will be back
